This half-term be spooktacularly entertained by a park full of Roald Dahl Witchy mischief...and plenty of mice! Down at the haunted Old Hall you’re invited to the Spooktacular Halloween Party at The Witches’ Hotel Magnificent. Find all the ingredients for Formula 86 Delayed Action Mouse-Maker whilst you keep an eye out for real witches who like nothing more than using the potion to turn children into mice! In the depths of the hall is the creepy witches sweet shop laboratory. Our very own witchspotters will be on hand to help and there’ll be spooky storytelling in the eerie barn. Step in to the Mansion where some very unfortunate children have eaten the witchs’ poisoned sweets. Oh my dear……they’ve turned into mice. Help find them amongst the magnificent Mansion’s treasures and bustling servants quarters. Down at the Farm when the clock chimes it’s time to stop your cackling and collect your conker from the Witches’ Tree and take part in the creepy, chilling conker challenge. Go hunting for witches in the huge mysterious Gardens but expect gruesome surprises along the way.
*****The manager of Hotel Magnificent wishes to warn visitors that the Old Hall is hosting a scary Halloween party this week, which might be frightening for little ones and those with a nervous disposition. But don’t worry, if this experience isn’t for you, we are also holding Halloween activities at the Mansion, Gardens and Farm too that are suitable for all ages*****
Old Hall 11am - 4pm Gardens 10-6pm, Farm 12pm-5pm, Mansion 12pm-4pm ( last entry1 hour before close)
