Stitch a Leaf with the Embroiderers' Guild

On Sunday 2 April 2017

Drop by the barn rooms in the Stableyard and join Embroiderers' Guild members to create decorative leaves with stitch and embellishments in this free workshop. Suitable for all ages and abilities. The Embroidery Guild have an exhibition in the Mansion inspired by Tatton Park - why not take a look? Please check opening times to avoid disappointment.

On Tuesday 4 April 2017

Join us at Tatton Park for a sensory introduction to the Stone Age. Children will experience how different life was in the past through a variety of hands on activities. The session will end with an interactive story and song session. Recommended for children aged 3-5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. One ticket should be purchased per child and this includes free participation for one adult. We politely request that only one accompanying adult attends per child for health and safety reasons. This event must be pre-booked.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED - WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS REPEATED LATER IN THE YEAR. Fundamentals of off-road skills, exploring ‘out of bounds’ farmland trails and woodland single-track. Medals and certificates for special achievements will be awarded at the finish. A basic bike safety check is included for each child. Please bring a packed lunch. Own bike and cycling helmet is compulsory. Minimum age: 8 years old. Adult accompaniment during the session is not required, but provision of an emergency contact number is essential. This event must be pre-booked.

Don your wellies and waterproofs and join us to explore the parkland. Taking inspiration from Michael Morpurgo’s ‘Where My Wellies Take Me’, children are invited on an exciting journey through the woodland to learn about Tatton Park’s nature and wildlife. Recommended for children aged 3-5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. One ticket should be purchased per child and this includes free participation for one adult.
